New Archery Club in Wicklow
The Garden County Archery Club are a small club based in Wicklow Town, Peter from the club recently contacted us here at the wicklow way to let us know that they are “always looking for new interested members or even anyone who just wanted to see what it is all about to come on down.”
Yours truly has once had a go of archery and it was great fun- much harder than you imagine but a great feeling when you hit your target!

We have recently just moved to our new indoor home for the winter in The Abbey Community College on the main road into Wicklow town, and we have our starter courses starting on the 12th of January.
To sign up drop into Frankie Sports, 17 the Mall, Wicklow Town.
The cost is €70 for the 6 weeks with all equipment supplied during the course, and after you can get involved.
The course is for safety and training, after all it is a bow and arrow not something you want to play with.
