Carnew is a thriving market town almost on the border of Wexford/Wicklow just beside Gorey.

Carnew currently has many enterprising projects underway including a variety of courses for the public in the Carnew IT Centre which is housed in the Carnew Enterprise Centre, located beside the local secondary school. Contact details:

There is also an interesting “real-life-business-stimulation course” where you can learn all aspects of running a business using real-life scenarios. I have offered my services as model for any dog-grooming business projects!!

Walking: There is a new Sli (health) walking route planned for the town- details as we get them.

Volunteers: Carnew First Responders would welcome new members. If you have some spare time and are interested in joining the group please come along to any training session on the first Thursday of each month.
